My stay at Nh Collection Quito Royal was mostly enjoyable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, I did find that the room coffee-making facilities could be improved, and I wished there was a kettle for boiling water. Overall, it was an excellent choice for its location and service.
